10AM MEDIA ("we," "us," or "our") is a creative studio and consulting agency located at 1448 Halsey Way Ste. 110, Carrollton, TX 75007. We provide studio rental, photography, classroom rental, and consulting services to individuals and businesses in the DFW area and beyond.

All bookings must be made through our official booking portal at 10ammedia.zohobookings.com. By completing a booking, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
⚠ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable. No exceptions.

To cancel or reschedule, visit your booking confirmation email and follow the link, or contact us at support@10ammedia.tv with your booking reference number.
10AM MEDIA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to facility issues, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an alternative booking time offered.
By booking and using 10AM MEDIA's facilities, you agree to:
10AM MEDIA reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if a client violates these conduct standards or creates an unsafe or disruptive environment.
Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to equipment or the facility during their booking. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the payment method on file.
10AM MEDIA's services and facilities are provided "as is." While we take every reasonable precaution to maintain our equipment and facilities, we make no guarantee of uninterrupted service or equipment availability.
All content, recordings, photographs, and creative work produced during your session at 10AM MEDIA remain your intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10AM MEDIA may photograph or record facility use for marketing purposes only with your prior written consent. You may opt out at any time by notifying staff before your session begins.
By providing your mobile phone number at booking, you consent to receive SMS appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related messages from 10AM MEDIA. Message and data rates may apply. Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.
10AM MEDIA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
