Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for all bookings made with 10AM MEDIA. Please read this policy carefully before completing your booking — by confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.

⚠ Important — 24-Hour Non-Refundable Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will not be refunded under any circumstances. The full booking amount is forfeited.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Returned to original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Within 24 hours of your booking
e.g. booking is at 2:00 PM Tuesday — cancel after 2:00 PM Monday
No Refund
Full amount forfeited. No exceptions.
No-show
Did not arrive for scheduled booking without cancellation
No Refund
Full amount forfeited.
Late arrival
Arrived after session start time
No Refund or Extension
Sessions begin at scheduled time. Lost time is not compensated.

Cancellations by 10AM MEDIA

In the rare event that 10AM MEDIA must cancel your booking due to facility issues, equipment failure, staff unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive:

How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule a booking, use the link in your booking confirmation email or contact us directly at support@10ammedia.tv with your name and booking reference number.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing (email) and confirmed by 10AM MEDIA to be valid. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Photography Session Policy

Photography sessions include basic editing and same-day delivery. If your session is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued. Edited photos from a completed session cannot be refunded once delivered.
