10AM MEDIA operates an SMS notification program to send transactional and service-related text messages to customers who have booked appointments or services. Messages may include:
You opt in to receive SMS messages from 10AM MEDIA by providing your mobile phone number during the booking process at 10ammedia.tv or via our booking portal. By submitting your number, you consent to receive text messages as described in these SMS Terms.
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You may receive up to 3 messages per booking (booking confirmation, appointment reminder, and follow-up). Additional messages may be sent if you contact our support team or make changes to your appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. 10AM MEDIA is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from 10AM MEDIA at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

10AM MEDIA reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
